Shipping
Shipping within the UK is FREE!
For overseas orders it’s only a little extra (£3.50) per order.
Prints are shipped in reinforced cardboard tubes.

Times

UK: You should receive your print within 4-7 days
International: You might have to wait a little longer, usually within 7-14 days.

To help reduce our carbon footprint our prints get printed and dispatched by our printer in your chosen (or nearest) delivery country. We always try our very best to get your prints & cards to you as quickly as possible. Shipping times depend on a number of factors, some of which are out of our control, such as your country's postal system, busy times such as Christmas and the weather. It’s always best to order early just to be sure!

Loss

Postal systems can be a bit unpredictable. But if it’s been over 10 days (UK) / 21 days (international) since you ordered drop us a line at info@madebyfolk.com and we’ll check it out for you.

Returns

We really hope that you’re happy with your products. You can return item/s within 14 days as long as they are in their original condition and packaging. Once we’ve safely receive and checked them we will issue a refund within 7 days. All refunds exclude postage costs.

Changing orders

You can make changes to orders so long as we haven't shipped them already. To cancel or amend your order please get in touch with us asap at info@madebyfolk.com

Damage

If your product is received damaged in the post, please notify us immediately and keep hold of the product and packaging. If it’s been printed incorrectly, We’ll send you a free replacement. If it’s been damaged in the post please take a snapshot of the damaged packaging and drop us a message at info@madebyfolk.com
